摘　要：

中共十八大以来，中国的发展布局有了结构性变化。一方面，全面深化改革成为重新审视和部署发展格局的重大举措。另一方面，全面推进依法治国，体现出矫正国家非常态、建构现代国家正常状态的愿景。在空前严厉惩治腐败的基础上，凸显“中国梦”的构想，以寻求建构国家命运共同体和全球命运共同体，并由此展现出罕见的谋划国家发展的宏大视野。在兜住国家安全底线的基础上，人们可以相对乐观地展望中国发展的未来。

Normal,New Normal & Abnormal:Sketch of China’s Political Development during 2012-2017

Abstract:Since the 18th National Congress of CPC,there has been a structural change about China’s development layout.On the one hand,the comprehensive deepening of reform has become a major measure to re-examine and deploy the development pattern.On the other hand,it has reflected the rectification of the state’s abnormality and the vision of constructing modern state’s normal state through comprehensively promoting the rule of law.Based by the unprecedented and severely fighting back against corruption and highlighting the concept of “China Dream”,a rare grand vision of national development plan has been showed by seeking the construction of national and global community of shared destiny.On the basis of the national security bottom line,people can expect relatively optimistically the future of China’s development.
