摘　要：

在乡村振兴战略背景下，如何定位村社集体制度，这是一个基础性问题，需要经由现状思考未来。当代中国村社集体经历了长期的历史发展过程，它是人民公社体制瓦解后实行家庭联产承包责任制的产物。村社集体的有效运转有其深厚的制度基础，包括正式的土地集体所有和家庭承包制度，也包括非正式的土地调整制度和村社集体建设诸制度。总体而言，村社集体至今在农民生产方面和生活方面仍然承担着不可或缺的重要功能。未来村社集体需要维系其基本格局，但也会伴随城市化进程和农业经济的发展而变化，城市近郊村庄集体可能虚化甚至消失， 农业生产的村社集体还需进一步强化，强大的村社集体是乡村振兴战略在这类农村有效实施的基础条件。

Village Community in the Context of the Rural Revitalization Strategy:Present and Future

Abstract In the context of the rural revitalization strategy, it is a fundamental problem to  locate  the system of village community, which needs to be considered through the present to future. The village community in contemporary China has experienced a long history of development as the result of the household contract responsibility system after the collapse of the people’s commune system. The profound institutional basis for the effective operation of village community is including the formal system about collective ownership of land and household contract responsibility, and also the informal systems about land readjustment and village collective construction. Generally, the village community still has an indispensable function in the farmers’ production and life. In the future, the village community needs to maintain the basic situation, while with the development of urbanization and agricultural economy, the suburban village community may be weakened and even disappear. The village community for agricultural production needs to be further strengthened, for a strong village community is crucial to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy as for this kind of rural areas.
