摘　要：

 长篇小说《创业史》主人公梁生宝直接取材于农村干部王家斌，但从王家斌到梁生宝，社会主义现实主义的“新人叙事学”却于其间发挥了重要的建构作用。“体制选民” 决定了王家斌比蒲忠智更具资格优势，“新人”的结构性设置导致王家斌光荣革命“前史”的隐失，革命的利他主义原则重构了梁生宝的无私品格，经济优先则使“经济的胜利”而非“思想教育”成为合作化“历史大势”的根本动力，“清教徒”式的作风则又存有久远的儒家传统的回响。“新人”梁生宝见证了当代文学内部不同成分和趋向的融冶并存。

 

On the New Socialist Man Liang Shengbao in Builders of a New Life

Abstract    Liang Shengbao, the hero of the novel Builders of a New Life, directly came from the rural cadre Wang Jiabin, and his construction out of Wang was guided by the narrative rules of the time. As a partner admitted by the government, Wang Jiabin was better than Pu Zhongzhi to be changed into a new socialist character. The glorious story of Wang’s former revolutionary history was cut because of new rules in the new time. Shengbao’s selfless character was reconstructed in  the shape of revolutionary noble principles. It was economic priority rather than political education that forced the society to step forward, and Shengbao’s Puritan style was also echoed by the ancient Confucian tradition. From the New man Shengbao, we can see the different components and trends within contemporary literature.
