摘　要：

党的十九大作出系列新的重大论断和重要部署，为新时代中国法学研究及其学科发展提供了新的契机，亦明确了新的任务。法学理论界应当更加全方位地推进法学研究创新，加快一流法学学科建设；应当坚持以习近平新时代法治新理念新思想新战略引领法学研究及学科发展，及时更新法学研究内容、研究方法和研究范式，进一步加快构建和完善新时代中国特色法学学科体系、学术体系和话语体系。

New Missions of Chinese Legal Research and Discipline Development in New Era

Abstract The essential conclusions and strategies of the 19th National Congress of Communist Party of China have provided new opportunities for Chinese legal research and discipline development, also specified the new mission that the law circle should promote innovation in legal research in all directions to accelerate the development of first-class legal disciplines. Therefore, We should integrate the new concepts into the whole field of legal research and discipline development, and update legal research contents, research methods and research paradigms in a timely manner under the guidence of Xi Jinping’s new concepts, new thinking and new strategies of rule of law in New Era. We shall further accelerate the establishment and improvement of the legal discipline system, academic system and discourse system with Chinese characteristics.
