教育服务乡村振兴战略是新时代我国妥善解决“三农”问题的必然选择,也是推动我国社会主义现代化全面建设的应有之义。教育服务乡村振兴战略是置于时空场域的具有内在组织秩序与外部表现形式的系统结构,它以防范内部潜在冲突为需求,以反映内部关键要素为类型,以展现内部发展趋势为特征,以形塑内部运作载体为模式。教育服务乡村振兴战略在行动上可围绕文化环境塑造、制度保障供给、科学管理应用、人才体系优化和社会主体聚合来展开,以激发现代乡村建设热情、奠定乡村持续发展基础、引导乡村产业转型升级、扩大乡村人才供给渠道和形成乡村治理有序格局旨归,由此拓展教育服务乡村振兴战略的路径。
Thoughts on How Education Serve the Rural Revitalization Strategy

Abstract The strategy of rural revitalization through education is an inevitable move to properly solve the problems of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” in China in New Era and also an inherent part of the promotion of China’s socialist modernization. The rural revitalization strategy through education is a constructive system placed in a special-temporal field, with inherent order of organization and an external representation. This system structure can prevent internal potential conflicts, reflect the internal key elements, show the internal development trend and shape the internal operating carrier. The path of the strategy of rejuvenating rural education service requires the building of cultural environment, system guarantee supply, the application of scientific management, talent aggregation system optimization, and the expansion of social main body so as to arouse the enthusiasm for the modern rural construction, lay a foundation for rural sustainable development, guide the rural industry transformation and upgrading, expand rural talent supply channels, and form an orderly pattern of rural governance, innovating the service path of education.
