摘　要：

自我革命制度规范体系作为新时代党的建设的重要标志性成果，在中国共产党管党治党、执政治国的过程中发挥着重大作用。因此，从形成论、实践论和效能论三个角度对此进行探讨具有极为重大的意义。形成论是对自我革命制度规范体系形成的内在动因、过程特点和关键条件的分析；实践论是对自我革命制度规范体系实践模式的总结，即坚持政治意识和法治思维相统一、跳出治乱兴衰历史周期率“两个答案”相统一、思想建党与制度治党相统一；效能论是对自我革命制度规范体系效能的规律性认识，即制度现代化的共性特征与中国特色有机统一、党的自我革命与社会革命有机统一、党的自我革命世界观与方法论有机统一，是自我革命制度规范体系发挥效能的基本前提、核心要求和有力保障。

 

On the Self-reform Institution Regulatory System Of the Communist Party of China

Abstract As an important landmark achievement of Party building in New Era, self-reform institution regulatory system plays a significant role in the process of building the Party and governing the country. Therefore, it is highly critical to discuss the system from three angles, namely, "formation theory" "practice theory" and "efficiency theory". "Formation theory" is to analyze the intrinsic motivation, process characteristics and key conditions of the formation of the self-reform institution regulatory system. "Practice Theory" is to summarize the practice mode of the system, that is, adhering to the unification of political awareness and rule-of-law thinking, the unification of "two answers" of how to escape the historical cycle of rise and fall,  and the unification of ideologically building the Party and governing the Party by institution. "Efficiency theory" is the regularity understanding of the efficiency of the system. The basic premise, core requirement and strong guarantee for the effectiveness of the self-reform institution regulatory system are the organic unity of the common features of the modernization of the institutions of various countries with Chinese characteristics, the organic unity of the Party's self-revolution and social revolution, and the organic unity of the Party's self-revolution world outlook and methodology.
