摘　要：

从世界观和方法论上对党的二十大报告强调的“坚持人民至上”作出深入而准确的理解，需要将其置于马克思主义哲学中国化视域中进行哲学史性质的探讨。通过中国马克思主义哲学的百年开展，可以清楚看到人民至上观念的哲学内涵及逻辑结构：在历史观转换中发现人民创造历史的力量，在民主观变革中确立人民当家作主的地位，在政党观上凸显“全心全意为人民服务”的立党宗旨，在认识论上提出“从群众中来，到群众中去”的群众路线。由此表明，人民至上观念具有强烈的历史感、深厚的学理性和历史的合理性。

 

The Concept of People First in the Adaption of Marxism To the Chinese Context

Abstract To gain a deep and accurate understanding of the worldview and methodology of the "people first" emphasized in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is necessary to view the concept from the perspective of the adaption of Marxism to the Chinese context and explore it as in the study of the properties of history of philosophy. Through the century long development of Chinese Marxist philosophy, the philosophical connotation and logical structure of the concept of people first can be clearly seen: the power of the people to create history is found in the transformation of the historical view; the position of the people as masters of the country is established in the transformation of the democratic view; CPC's fundamental purpose of "serving the people wholeheartedly" is highlighted in its ideals and convictions, and the mass line of "from the people, to the people" is proposed in epistemology. This indicates that this concept has a strong sense of history, profound academic rationality, and historical rationality.
