习近平郑重提出的新时代“人文经济学”，内蕴引领和助推新质生产力高质量发展的“人文密码”，肩负五大使命：第一，人文经济学崇尚的“以人民为中心”的人文新目标，代表新质生产力高质量发展的未来方向；第二，人文经济学主张发展的人文新范式，替代资源和资本成为全要素生产率的核心因素，构成新质生产力发展的新动能；第三，人文经济学推出的人文新赛道，增加了聚合新质生产力各要素的新路径，完善了营商环境；第四，人文经济学强调的人文新规则，成为新质生产力发展的规则保障；第五，人文经济学憧憬的人文新样态，谱写了新质生产力高质量发展的新篇章。新时代人文经济学是新质生产力高质量发展的人文逻辑。

 

The Humanomics in New Era: The Humanistic Logic For High-quality Development of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract   ''The humanomics in New era'', solemnly put forward by Xi Jinping, contains the ''humanistic code'' that guides and boosts the high-quality development of new quality productive forces and shoulders five major missions. Firstly, the "people-centered" new humanistic goal advocated by the humanomics represents the future direction of high-quality development of new quality productive forces; Secondly, the new humanistic paradigm advocated by the humanomics, which replaces resources and capital as the core factor of total factor productivity, constitutes the new driving force of new quality productive forces development; Thirdly, the new humanistic arenas piloted by the humanomics provides new pathways for aggregating the elements of new quality productive forces, and improves the business environment; Fourthly, the new humanistic rules emphasized by the humanomics become the institutional guarantee for the development of new quality productive forces; Fifthly, the new humanistic scenarios envisioned by the humanomics writes a new chapter of high-quality development of new quality productive forces. The humanomics in New Era is the humanistic logic for high-quality development of new quality productive forces.
